Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Truck Driver to operate trucks hauling dirt, aggregates and asphalt to job sites and stockpile materials in the yard. Role includes loading, unloading, and daily vehicle inspections, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a CDL B license, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed. DOT compliance and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL B license and be able to maintain it.
• Two years of related driving experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet DOT and company safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates truck safely on highways, yards and job sites to deliver materials.
• Performs daily pre/post trip inspections and maintains logs.
• Communicates with crew and dispatch to coordinate broker trucks.
• Loads/unloads materials and monitors vehicle gauges.
• Maintains clean vehicle and adheres to safety policy.
