We seek a Class B (or Class A) CDL Dump Truck Driver for our Staunton, Virginia operations, with a strong emphasis on safety excellence.

The successful candidate must have a valid Class A or B CDL and a clean driving record. Wages start at $21.00/hr, with fulltime, day shift work and potential overtime; benefits include

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid CDL Class B license (A preferred).
• Maintain a current Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ truck driving experience.
• Experience with third axle trucks is preferred.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
• Must be able to provide documentation to prove identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as production requires.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck with dump body to transport and unload aggregates.
• Perform safety checks and routine vehicle inspections.
• Tarps all loads and operate bed and tarp controls.
• Adhere to state and federal trucking laws and company policies.
• Submit daily logs and a daily truck report as required.
