EverGRO is hiring a Full-Time CDL Driver for local routes in Orange, VA, offering home daily and a community-focused team focused on safety and reliability. The role supports energy delivery and agronomy applications with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The position includes eligibility for biweekly incentives based on delivery performance, and a benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, HSA, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• CDL, Class A or B required or preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays during peak seasons.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Transport propane, refined fuels, lubricants, heating oils and similar items.
• Support Agronomy division with product application to fields/pastures as needed.
• Assist with bulk material transportation to and from locations.

Make a difference as a CDL Driver

As a Full-Time CDL Driver at EverGRO, you will play a vital role in supporting our Energy division for local customers. Your responsibilities will include transporting essential items such as propane, refined fuels, lubricants, heating oils and more.

You will also be trained to help support our Agronomy division with application of various products to customers fields/pastures to help ensure their land/crops grow successfully. In addition to helping support bulk material transportation to and from locations.

Requirements for this CDL Driver job

To thrive as a Full-Time CDL Driver at EverGRO, several key skills and qualifications are essential. A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class A or B, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and local transportation laws. Strong organizational skills are crucial for efficiently managing transportation and application of products in a safe and compliant manner.

Additionally, proficiency in using basic software or tools to track deliveries and manage inventory is beneficial. Excellent communication skills will help you interact effectively with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience. A proactive problem-solving attitude will further enhance your success in this role, enabling you to address any challenges that may arise during the delivery process in the agriculture sector.
