Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver in New Hampshire to operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear load attachments and handle container pickup at customer sites. You will back up with precision, perform DVIR inspections, and coordinate with Dispatch to ensure timely service.

Qualified candidates have a CDL A or B with air brake endorsement and are at least 21 years old. The role requires DOT-mandated screenings and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B with air brake endorsement.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT drug screen, physical, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle per Safety/Life Critical Rules, OSHA and DOT rules.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR.
• Reports unsafe situations to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
• Coordinate with Route Manager to improve route efficiency.
• Notify Route Manager/Dispatch of interruptions or safety hazards.
• Communicate customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
• Ensure containers are repaired or replaced as needed.
