Job summary

Composites One is hiring a CDL Driver / Warehouse Team Member in Fort Worth, TX. The role covers receipt, storage, shipping and production processes, plus yard duties moving semi-trailers and occasional routes.

Responsibilities include accurate inbound/outbound processing, stock management, cycle counts and ensuring safety compliance under DOT/EPA/OSHA guidelines. Strong teamwork and customer liaison skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of tractor/trailer operation experience.
• Current Class A CDL with general knowledge, air brakes and combination vehicle endorsements.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and hazardous material shipping.
• Ability to meet DOT driver qualification standards.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• Willingness to learn internal logistics systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Travel as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, ship and process materials following FIFO and safety policies.
• Unload inbound shipments, stock material, process returns and notify management of damaged goods.
• Perform warehouse duties: pick/pack, verify outbound orders, stock counts and labeling.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and accurate shipping/receiving data.
• Communicate stockouts, damaged material or labeling issues to staff promptly.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient loading and delivery of shipments.
• Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials when driving.
