Job summary

Composites One is seeking a CDL Driver / Warehouse Team Member in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will manage receipt, storage, shipment, and production processes while moving trailers in the parking lot and occasionally driving routes.

The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and accurate data handling. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound shipments, stock management, cycle counts, and collaboration with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating tractor/trailer equipment.
• Current Class A CDL with endorsements: general knowledge, air brakes, and combination vehicle.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and hazardous material shipping.
• Able to pass DOT driver qualification standards.
• No serious traffic violations in last 3 years.
• Able to learn internal database and logistics systems.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, stock, and process inbound material and shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt and shipping following FIFO.
• Assist with production and warehouse duties: pull/assemble orders, verify outbound orders, cycle counts.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Accurately document shipping/receiving data.
• Coordinate with Drivers for loading and delivery of shipments.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials safely and in compliance.
• Act as liaison with internal/external customers to provide Stellar Service.
