Job summary

Mondelēz International, North Smithfield, RI, seeks a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate to deliver products safely and efficiently. The role combines on-road driving with warehouse duties, supporting loading/unloading, stock preparation, and truck readiness.

You will operate under a union-represented schedule, with 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays, and daytime/early morning routes. Eligibility includes a valid CDL-A, Real ID or federal ID, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
• Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access military base facility.
• Capable of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment; able to lift, bend, carry, push, and pull.
• Capable of passing requirements to operate equipment.
• Preferred DS delivery experience.
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment.
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
• Coordinate with retail customers and receiving personnel in delivery areas; communicate needs to customer service.
• Participate in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, and order processing.
• Work in warehousing, including order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Maintain safe and accurate loading of products onto delivery trucks.
