Job summary

Mondelez International in Earth City, MO, is hiring a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate to safely deliver products and support warehouse operations. The role combines driving with stock preparation, loading/unloading, and ensuring accurate inventory alongside a foreman and supervisor.

The position requires a CDL-Class A license, at least one year of safe driving, and a REAL ID or equivalent. Expect early starts, union representation, and a schedule of Monday–Friday with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
• Real ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID is required for access to certain facilities.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment and handling physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver products to stores and warehouses.
• Stock trucks with products and assist drivers as a warehouse associate.
• Unload trucks, count stock, process orders and maintain warehouse organization.
• Follow safety procedures and conduct regular safety checks on equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack).
• Record deliveries, inspect items, and report defects as per company policy.
