Mondelēz International in Montgomery, NY is hiring a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations. Responsibilities include safety checks, loading/unloading, invoice prep, and coordinating with customer service and warehouse staff.

The role requires a CDL-Class B license, base access credentials, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Union-represented position with 10-hour shifts and outdoor work conditions.

Qualifications

• CDL-Class B license with at least 1 year of safe driving experience.
• Valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID for base access.
• Able to perform repetitive, physical tasks including lifting, bending and pulling.
• Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check; FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance with procedures and regular equipment checks.
• Complete daily field service activities: invoices, truck logs, maintenance records.
• Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
• Coordinate with retail customers and delivery teams; communicate needs to customer service.
• Participate in warehouse tasks: unloading, stock counting, order processing, and organization.
• Warehouse duties: order picking, palletizing, loading/unloading trucks.
• Ensure safe loading of products on trucks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.
