Your Role
As a member of Farrell Roofing’s driving team, you are essential to the success of our company. Our drivers provide field employees with the materials needed to finish roofing projects. Successful occupants of this role will be consistent, reliable, good teammates, and dedicated to performing their best work at all times.

Day To Day Responsibilities Will Include
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain daily log for CDL driver
- Deliver materials to job sites
- Load and unload materials between yard and job site
- Transport flatbeds and dump trailers to and from job sites
- Help coordinate the movement of products in the warehouse/yard
- Report shortages, damages, and accidents to the supervisor immediately
- Complete material transfer orders
- Handle products safely with lifts to ensure damage‑free parts
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse-yard environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervision

Skills And Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of construction‑related warehouse/yard and driving experience
- Forklift certification
- CDL A license
- Small engine mechanical knowledge desirable

Work Environment
The work environment has the following characteristics:
- Regular exposure to outside weather conditions
- Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Physically able to perform the day‑to‑day responsibilities (walking, sitting, lifting, bending)
- Capability to tilt, stack, roll, and transport materials without causing harm to self or property
- Physically able to mount and dismount lifts, trucks, or tractors multiple times per day
Employment Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States
- Must have a valid, clean CDL license
- Must successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screening
Other Duties
The employee may be required to make material deliveries at various hours, including second and third shift hours, depending on project needs.
