Qualifications

• Prior experience operating forklifts or similar equipment in industrial, agricultural, warehouse, or construction environments preferred.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and related equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Accurately pick, pull, and load orders onto company trucks or customer vehicles.
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels and rotating products as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Report equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, and hazards promptly.
• Interact professionally with customers, will-call customers, and delivery drivers.
• Confirm correct materials and quantities are loaded safely and efficiently.
• Keep yard, warehouse, and loading areas clean and organized.

Yard / Loader FULL TIME Experience: Prior experience operating forklifts or similar equipment in an industrial, agricultural, warehouse, or construction environment is preferred. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and lift or carry up to 50 pounds. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Accurately pick, pull, and load orders onto company trucks or customer vehicles.
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels and rotating products as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, and workplace hazards.
• Interact professionally with customers, will-call customers, and delivery drivers.
• Confirm that the correct materials and quantities are loaded safely and efficiently.
• Keep the yard, warehouse, and loading areas clean, organized, and free of debris.

Drug-Testing Requirement: Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment drug screening. Employees may also be subject to random, reasonable-suspicion, post-accident, and other testing in accordance with company policy and applicable law
