Job description

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

After (3) months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after (6) months, you will receive $4,000.

  • Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
  • You must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Position Summary:

To efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate CMV safely and professionally; such as, combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
  • Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
  • Safely unload and deliver products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
  • Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; transport products between truck, backroom, and display floor.
  • Communicate any barriers to maintaining the route plan to supervisors.
  • Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
  • Attend and complete all required company training and certifications.
  • Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
  • Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
  • At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of safe driving experience, recent within the past 12 months, in a similar CMV.
  • One year of work experience involving heavy lifting in environments like distribution centers, construction, or similar.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Must pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Beverage industry experience.
  • Customer service experience, including problem-solving.
  • Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Ability to push and pull manual transport equipment over 100 yards.
  • Ability to sustain physical activity over extended periods.
