$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS
After (3) months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after (6) months, you will receive $4,000.
- Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
- You must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
Position Summary:
To efficiently deliver product to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.
Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Operate CMV safely and professionally, such as combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
- Unload and deliver product safely and accurately using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
- Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; transport products using MHE.
- Communicate route barriers to supervisors for adjustments.
- Report unsafe conditions.
- Attend and complete all required training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, store policies, and applicable laws including DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
- Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
- At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
- One year of safe driving experience in a similar CMV within the past 12 months.
- One year of work experience involving heavy lifting in environments like distribution centers, construction, or similar.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Must pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Beverage industry experience.
- Customer service experience, especially resolving issues.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull manual transport equipment over at least 100 yards.
- Perform physical activities over sustained periods.
