CDL Driver Wanted - $5,500 Sign On Bonus!

Job Details

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Bonus Schedule:

• After 3 months: $1,500
• After 6 months: $4,000

Payments are made as soon as practicable after each milestone, contingent upon employment status.

Position Summary

Deliver products to customers safely, courteously, professionally, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles (Combination or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR) safely and professionally.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products using appropriate equipment.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks and Material Handling Equipment.
• Maintain product levels on shelves and displays, transporting products within store areas.
• Communicate route issues to supervisors and report unsafe conditions.
• Attend required training and certifications.
• Follow all policies, laws, and DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• At least one year of CDL driving experience or equivalent military experience.
• Safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• Experience in heavy lifting environments (distribution, construction, etc.).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry or customer service experience.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Operate manual transport equipment over distances.
• Physically exert oneself over sustained periods.
