$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify

After 3 months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after 6 months, $4,000. Payments are made as soon as practicable after the respective periods.

Position Summary

To efficiently deliver products to customers safely, courteously, professionally, and in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on store racks and displays, transporting items between truck, backroom, and sales floor.
• Communicate any route barriers or issues to supervisors.
• Report unsafe conditions and attend all required trainings and certifications.
• Follow all company policies, store policies, and legal regulations including DOT rules.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns proactively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
• Safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• One year of work involving heavy lifting, such as in distribution, construction, or related fields.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Must pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the beverage industry and customer service.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Operate manual transport equipment over distances.
• Physically exert oneself over sustained periods.
