Compensation and Bonus Structure
$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS
- Payments occur after the specified time frames.
- Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
Bonus Breakdown:
- After 3 months: $1,500
- After 6 months: $4,000
Position Summary
Efficiently deliver products to customers safely, courteously, professionally, and in compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate CMV vehicles (combination or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR) safely and professionally.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
- Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
- Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; transport between truck, backroom, and display floor using MHE.
- Communicate route barriers to supervisor for adjustments.
- Report unsafe conditions.
- Complete all required training and certifications.
- Follow company policies and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Skills and Experience
- At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
- Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
- Minimum one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
- Safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
- One year of work involving heavy lifting (distribution, construction, etc.).
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT Physical.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Beverage industry experience.
- Customer service experience including problem-solving.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Repetitive pushing and pulling of manual transport equipment for at least 100 yards.
- Physically exerting effort over sustained periods.
