$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS
After (3) months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after (6) months of employment, you will receive $4,000.
- Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
- You must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
Position Summary:
The role involves efficiently delivering products to customers in a manner that is safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Safely and professionally operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV), such as combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
- Completing pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
- Safely unloading and delivering products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
- Accurately completing delivery and pickup paperwork.
- Operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintaining product fill levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers; transporting products between truck, backroom, and display floor with MHE such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Communicating any barriers to maintaining the route plan to supervisors for customer or dispatch updates.
- Reporting unsafe working conditions.
- Attending and completing all required company training and certifications.
- Following company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
- Valid Class A CDL and an acceptable driving record.
- At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
- One year of safe driving experience, with recent experience within the past 12 months operating a CMV similar to the one used for the job.
- One year of work experience in physically demanding environments such as distribution centers, farms, or construction.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Must pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in the beverage industry.
- Customer service experience, including problem-solving.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to push and pull manual transport equipment for at least 100 yards.
- Ability to sustain physical activity over extended periods.
