Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
  • One year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.

Job description

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

After (3) months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after (6) months of employment, you will receive $4,000.

  • Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
  • You must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
Position Summary:

To efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Operate CMV safely and professionally, such as combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
  • Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
  • Unload and deliver products safely and accurately using appropriate equipment.
  • Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; transport products using MHE like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Communicate any route barriers to supervisors for customer or dispatch updates.
  • Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
  • Attend and complete all required training and certifications.
  • Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws, including DOT regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
  • Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
  • At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
  • One year of safe driving experience, including recent experience in a similar CMV.
  • One year of work experience in physically demanding environments.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Beverage industry experience.
  • Customer service experience, including problem-solving.
  • Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Push and pull manual transport equipment over at least 100 yards.
  • Physically exert oneself over sustained periods.
