This position offers a $5,500 employment bonus, paid in installments after 3 and 6 months of employment, contingent upon employment in good standing.

Position Summary

Deliver products to customers safely, courteously, professionally, and timely.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV (Combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR).
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Unload and deliver products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
• Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on store shelves and displays.
• Communicate route barriers to supervisors.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Follow all company, store, and legal policies including DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old or meet state minimums.
• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
• At least 1 year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
• Experience in heavy lifting environments.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry or customer service experience.
• Experience with pallet jacks.

Physical Demands

• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Push/pull manual transport equipment for 100 yards.
• Physically exert over sustained periods.
