Job Details

$5,500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify

Bonus Breakdown:

• After 3 months: $1,500
• After 6 months: $4,000

Payments will be made as soon as practicable after the respective time frames. Must remain employed in good standing at payout time to qualify.

Position Summary

Deliver products efficiently to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers; transport products using MHE.
• Communicate any route barriers to supervisors for customer or dispatch adjustments.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Complete all required training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws, including DOT regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 21 years old or meeting state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
• Minimum one year driving experience with Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
• At least one year of safe driving experience recently, similar to the vehicle operated.
• Experience in environments requiring heavy lifting (distribution centers, construction, etc.).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT Physical.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience, problem-solving skills.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Repetitive pushing/pulling of transport equipment over 100 yards.
• Physically exerting over sustained periods.
