Compensation and Bonuses

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
• Must be employed in good standing at payout to qualify.

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• After 3 months of employment, receive $1,500.
• After 6 months of employment, receive $4,000.

Position Summary

Deliver products to customers safely, courteously, professionally, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles (Combination or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR).
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks and Material Handling Equipment.
• Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers.
• Communicate route barriers to supervisors.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Complete all required training and certifications.
• Follow company policies and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
• One year of safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• Experience in environments requiring heavy lifting (distribution centers, construction, etc.).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience including problem-solving.
• Experience with pallet jacks, manual or powered.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Repetitive pushing and pulling of manual transport equipment for at least 100 yards.
• Physical exertion over sustained periods.
