Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Associate Learning & Development Trainer within Transportation Operations Management to deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training for Transportation Associates. This DOT-regulated role emphasizes safety, compliance, and operational excellence while you develop your own training delivery skills.

You will conduct onboarding, safety sessions, and ongoing education, partnering with site leadership to maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CDL Class A license is required.
• Willingness to work weekends/nights/holidays and flexible shifts.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• 1+ year CDL driving experience within the last 10 years.
• DOT eligibility to drive and operate commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized classroom, virtual, and hands-on training per curriculum.
• Lead onboarding covering yard safety, equipment operation, and policies.
• Provide ongoing education including safety refreshers and updates.
• Conduct OTR training on route planning, navigation, and emergency response.
