Job summary

Hirebridge is hiring entry-level CDL drivers. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with comprehensive training provided. A $500.00 new hire incentive applies after successful completion of a minimum three-month training period.

Full-time employment includes an extensive benefits package: health, vision, dental, life, vacation, holidays, sick days, and retirement plans (IMRF and 457b). Applicants must meet DOT and safety requirements and obtain a CDL within one month of hire.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug test required with negative result.
• Minimum 21 years of age to hold a CDL.
• No DUI convictions within the last 10 years.
• Proof of personal auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an entry-level CDL driver with training.
• Obtain CDL license within 1 month of employment and complete training.
• Drive positions require safety and ADA accommodations as needed.
