Job summary

RMTD is seeking entry-level, full-time Drivers to join our transportation team. Training is provided, and starting pay is $19.00 per hour with a $500 new hire incentive after completing the training period.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and working all shifts. You will support DOT/compliance requirements, maintain a clean driving record, and obtain a CDL within one month of employment with company training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to hold a CDL
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years (no more than one moving violation or one at-fault accident)
• Ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance
• Must obtain CDL (including passenger and air brake tests) within one month of employment

Responsibilities

• Drive full-time routes as a driver.
• Provide safe, reliable transportation and excellent customer service.
• Work all shifts and comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
