Job summary

Ancora Education seeks a temporary AT - CDL Driver Trainer at our Allentown, PA location to support the CDL training program for Amazon Career Choice associates. The role requires classroom and on-road instruction, pre-trip inspections, and driving maneuvers, under supervision.

Expect up to 90 days of seasonal coverage with potential travel across markets. Candidates must hold a valid CDL, have 3 years of on-the-road experience, and pass DOT and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of verifiable on-the-road experience within the last 5 years.
• MVR and background check, including a drug screening.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and Maintains a Positive Learning Environment.
• Convenes all assigned classes per their start and end times.
• Maintains a safe environment for all students and staff.
• Fulfills Administrative Responsibilities with accurate records.
• Delivers Instructional Material and trains students in trucking/driving.
