Coca‑Cola Consolidated in Circleville, OH is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Trainee to learn route delivery and merchandising across all disciplines, including stocking shelves, displays, coolers, and backroom inventory. This fast‑paced role offers hands‑on training and potential for a permanent route assignment.

You will start by learning to drive a Class A CDL, handling invoices with handheld devices, and ensuring safety and asset protection while delivering to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for your state of residency and excellent driving history reflected in the seven-year Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed
• The ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL), not required for hire
• Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date
• Learn processes, and gain the skills necessary to service customers using equipment and handling cash/paperwork
• Develop merchandising habits to ensure customer satisfaction and execute company standards on displays and shelving
• Develop customer service skills and communicate any issues to the appropriate manager
• Adhere to safety standards, equipment safety rules, and Hours of Service/DOT regulations
