Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age 21+ for interstate routes; 18+ for intrastate where applicable.
• Valid driver's license held continuously for at least 3 years with clean record.
• Willingness to sign the training service agreement with Trulite.
• Ability to pass background check, DOT pre-employment drug screen, and FMCSA Clearinghouse query.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Trulite's four-phase Driver Trainee program.
• Complete CDL training through an approved partner school.
• Engage in supervised ride-alongs and local delivery routes with a mentor.
• Upon completion, operate a CDL to deliver glass products on assigned routes.
