Job summary

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Delivery Driver Trainee in Idaho Falls to train on an established route with a certified trainer, with the goal of becoming a Class A Delivery Driver. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and can obtain a CDL permit and medical card during the program.

The role involves delivering beverages on various roads, recording daily deliveries, operating the inventory system, loading/unloading, and maintaining the vehicle in good condition while following safety

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain CDL permit and Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Drives truck over established route to deliver products.
• Delivers beverage products to customers on highway, rural, and city streets in compliance with regulations.
• Works without direct supervision to deliver products for established routes.
• Records sales, buy back, delivery and variance information daily.
• Operates inventory and invoicing system to record stops and deliveries and any route errors.
• Loads and unloads, secures loads, and uses hand trucks or pallet jacks as needed.
• Issues or obtains customer signature on receipts.
• Conducts daily vehicle inspections and maintains the truck.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from POS materials.
• Wears company uniform and safety devices as required.
