Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and able to obtain a CDL permit and medical card.
• Ability to drive a truck over established routes, including highways, rural, and city streets.
• Strong communication skills for reporting issues to supervisors.
• Basic computer proficiency for operating inventory and invoicing systems.
• Ability to lift vehicles and loads, including empty containers and merchandise.
• Knowledge of routine maintenance of commercial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required tasks in the CDL training program to become a local delivery driver.
• Drive truck to deliver beverage products to customers’ places of business.
• Effectively communicate issues and customer concerns to supervisor.
• Record sales and delivery information on daily records.
• Operate the computerized inventory and invoicing system accurately.
• Perform daily inspection and routine maintenance on the truck.
