Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a safety‑mocused CDL‑B Driver to operate a collection truck and service customers on assigned routes in Arkansas. You will perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, load refuse and operate the packer, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the heavy truck on designated routes and service customers.
• Load refuse and operate the packer and dispose of material at the facility.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers on a daily basis.
• Tag unsatisfactory waste containers and identify hazards.
• Complete route/productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports.
