Job summary

Baseline Energy Services is seeking an experienced CDL Driver to haul and deliver company-owned equipment, including generators and heavy gear, to various locations. The role requires a valid CDL and a safety-first mindset.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain licensing and documentation, and operate in compliance with DOT rules. Overnight stays may be required for travel, and some night/weekend work is possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Holds Class A License.
• Must have previous driving experience with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to drive and work safely, irrespective of weather or time of day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper CDL licensing and required documentation.
• Operate in DOT rules, including Hours of Service and ELD.
• Complete vehicle pre-trips, inter-trips, post-trips as required.
• Maintain fit-for-duty status for each shift.
• Safely pre-trip, connect, maneuver, disconnect, and secure trailers.
• Ensure proper license plates and annual inspections.
• Submit all necessary safety documentation (BOLs, delivery tickets).
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
