Job summary

Baseline Energy Services, LP is seeking an experienced CDL Driver to haul and deliver company-owned equipment including generators and heavy gear to various locations. A valid Class A license and a safety-first attitude are required.

You will perform vehicle inspections, ensure proper trailer connections, and maintain documentation such as BOLs and delivery tickets. The role may involve night and weekend work and possible overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Holds Class A License.
• Previous driving experience with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in all weather conditions.
• Comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper CDL licensing, state required documentation, and medical DOT health card.
• Operate within all state and federal DOT rules and regulations, including Hours of Service and ELD usage.
• Complete vehicle pre-trips, inter-trips, post-trips and required maintenance.
• Maintain fit-for-duty status for each shift.
• Safely pre-trip, connect, maneuver, disconnect, and secure all required trailers.
• Ensure trailers have proper license plates and annual inspections.
• Complete safety analyses by task and wear PPE as required.
• Safely perform tire changes as needed.
• Demonstrate physical conditioning to operate trailer jacks and connect trailers.
• Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Submit and file all necessary documentation (BOLs and delivery tickets).
• Maintain a safety-first culture that protects Baseline employees and customers.
• Conduct work in accordance with safety standards to maintain an accident-free workplace.
• May require night and weekend work and potential hotel stays if travel is required.
