Ferguson seeks a delivery driver in Port St. Lucie, FL who holds a valid CDL and can serve customers with timely material deliveries. You will move materials using pallet jacks and dollies, perform safety inspections, and maintain accurate delivery tickets.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain DOT requirements including holding a valid DOT Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring delivery tickets accompany materials.
• Pickup customer returns and verify product match for credits.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed.
• Be able to work overtime when required.

Schedule | Monday - Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$18.30 - $29.22

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
