Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced delivery driver for an onsite role in Orlando, FL. You will deliver materials, load with pallet jack, and ensure accurate ticketing at delivery.

The position requires a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will communicate with customers, follow DOT regulations, and support warehouse operations during pickups and returns.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must maintain valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring tickets are loaded with material.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product for credit requests.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and refuel as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; adhere to PPE requirements.

Position Details:

Location | Onsite - Orlando, FL

Schedule | Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm

Pay | Starting at $21 per hour based on experience

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range and Additional Compensation Information:

• - $19.26 - $30.76 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.

The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
