Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a CDL driver/warehouse associate in Marietta, GA. You will deliver materials to customers, unload with pallet jack and dolly, perform pre-trip inspections and help with warehouse tasks.

A valid CDL and DOT health requirements are mandatory, with emphasis on safety and customer service. The role is standard Monday–Friday onsite with overtime as needed; compensation starts around the $23/hour range, depending on experience, with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL

• Meet and maintain CDL requirements

• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Warehouse/logistics experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring proper ticket delivery
• Pick up customer returns and verify product for credit
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel and report issues
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse with order preparation, receiving, verifying, stocking
• Work overtime as needed and comply with PPE rules

Position Details:

Location | Onsite - Marietta, GA

Schedule | Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm with the occasional Overtime

Pay | Starting at $23 per hour based on experience

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

- Pay Range: - $19.26 - $30.76 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
