Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a CDL Driver.
• Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Adaptability to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions).
• Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations.
• Valid CDL license.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Moffitt forklift experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Transport materials to and from retail or distribution centers.
• Customer job site and warehouse delivery.
• Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections for safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Comply with CDL rules and company policies.
• Report defects, accidents, or violations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Greet customers and support to fulfill orders.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and stock levels.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
