Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a dependable CDL driver to safely operate tractor-trailer rigs and transport equipment to job sites. The role requires adherence to DOT regulations and capable of rigging or crating.

Candidates should have a Class A CDL with air brakes, at least two years of driving experience, and strong load securement skills. You will work in a team environment, maintain daily paperwork, and perform safety inspections.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL with Airbrakes and combo endorsements.
• Minimum two years proven driving experience at CDL level.
• Minimum three years proven experience in construction service industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of operating equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, etc.
• Rigging experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip daily.
• Drive tractor-trailer rigs under DOT regulations to job sites.
• Load securement and tarping of loads.
• Operate electronic logging.
• Maintain daily paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
