Job summary

Mei Rigging & Crating Llc is seeking a CDL Driver/Rigger in Chandler, AZ. The role involves safely driving tractor-trailer rigs under DOT regulations to transport equipment to job sites, with potential rigging or crating duties.

You will handle loads safely, complete required paperwork, and work both independently and in a team. Qualifications include a Class A CDL with air brakes and combo endorsements, 2+ years CDL driving experience, and 3+ years in related field, plus basic equipment

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL with Air brakes and combo endorsements.
• Minimum two (2) years proven driving experience at CDL level.
• Minimum three (3) years proven experience or comparable field preferably within the construction service industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip daily checks.
• Drive safely under DOT regulations tractor & trailer rigs to transport equipment to job sites.
• Complete required paperwork daily.
• Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability.
• Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving using hand and power tools.
• Align, level, and anchor machinery.
• Fabricate, set up, and repair rigging, hoists, and pulling gear with hand and power tools.
