Purpose and Summary

Operates trucks of various configurations for delivery and pickup of agronomy and energy products, following scheduled routes to support profitable growth.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate assigned vehicles safely and in accordance with standards.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and record findings.
• Maintain vehicles in good condition and clean appearance.
• Load and unload materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Adhere to delivery schedules, providing excellent customer service.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain proper paperwork, logs, and records.

Other Job Functions

Maintain company equipment and professional appearance, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of related experience operating tractor-trailer or tender trucks safely and meeting standards.

Functional Competencies

• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with required endorsements and certifications.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and on-call as needed.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift 51-70 lbs.
