Job summary

ImpactLife is hiring a CDL Driver who will support lifesaving blood donations across our region. This full-time role combines driving large vehicles with donor interactions, training in phlebotomy, and high community impact.

You will register and screen donors, learn phlebotomy, and help set up mobile collection sites. A valid CDL B with airbrake, insurability, and DOT certification are required. Training is provided, and travel for onboarding may be necessary.

Qualifications

• CDL B license with airbrake endorsement and insurability requirements.
• Strong customer service and public interaction skills.
• Willingness to travel for initial training (up to two weeks).
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during donor registration and screening.
• Learn and perform phlebotomy with paid training.
• Deliver donor care throughout the donation process.
• Safely drive blood collection vehicles (box trucks, tractors, buses).
• Transport equipment and team members to donation sites.
