Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year+ professional driving experience and vehicle mechanical experience preferred, along with customer service experience.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver License (Class B or C) with a clean driving record showing 5 years of prior safe driving.
• Must pass a DOT physical examination and obtain a medical card.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and participate in random drug/alcohol testing.
• Defensive Driving Course completion required prior to driving a company vehicle.
• Endorsements for passengers or airbrakes may be required to operate all vehicles.
• Experience driving in various weather conditions including winter; tire chains installation.

Aufgaben

• Complete a daily vehicle inspection form before and after routes.
• Maintain a pleasant, clean atmosphere inside and outside the vehicle.
• Wear safety equipment and seat belts at all times while driving.
• Operate company vehicles under 26,000 lb GVW transporting passengers or goods.
• Drive defensively, safely, and timely to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a concierge resource for guests.
• Pick up and drop off guests at designated locations; know the area well.
• Assist with clerical tasks or dispatcher duties when required.
• May perform warehouse driving and transport equipment between locations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues promptly.
