Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, UT, and is seeking staff to transport passengers and maintain vehicle safety. You will keep vehicles clean, monitor off-center activities, and ensure a positive environment for youth participants.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18, and a valid driver license with a year of driving experience; CDL or passenger endorsement must be obtained within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver license and 1 year of experience in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record required. Must acquire CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and/ or passenger endorsement in the state of residence within 60 days (about 2 months) of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles to transport passengers and/ or packages.
• Maintain vehicles for routine service, clean vehicles, and check fluids.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections daily and recommend mechanical repairs as needed.
• Supervise and monitor off-center activities and provide guidance for positive attitude and behavior.
