Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field with two years of related experience, including supervisory duties.
• Experience with youth; strong written and verbal communication and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the HSE, applied academics, evening studies, and driver's education programs.
• Monitor academic performance reports for quality and accuracy; develop enhancement strategies to meet PMS expectations.
• Track weekly performance and ensure program goals are met.
• Provide support to the academic manager in implementing department changes approved by the Center Director.
• Assist in monitoring expenditures and review budget authorizations; suggest changes as needed.
• Develop and implement policies affecting the academic department and programs; review contractual compliance and prepare reports.
