Job summary

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, seeks CDL Drivers in Hobbs, NM to operate an Oil Field Roll Off truck from the Hobbs yard. The position offers a night schedule with overtime potential and a starting salary in the $80k–$90k range.

Applicants must hold a Class A CDL, have at least 1 year of CDL driving experience, maintain a clean driving record, and demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork skills. Housing is available for out-of-city applicants.

Responsibilities

• Drive an Oil Field Roll Off truck, starting and ending every day at the Hobbs yard.
• Operate a night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:00am (11–12 hour shifts).
• Contribute to safe, reliable service for customers and maintain vehicle logs.

CDL Drivers

You will be driving an Oil Field Roll Off truck, starting and ending every day at the Hobbs yard.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000+ ($25-$28+/hr. + Overtime!)

Shift

This is a night position working 7:00pm-7:00am. This is a 5 on, 3 off schedule working 11-12 hour shifts.

Requirements

• Must have a Class A CDL License
• No Restrictions (Can drive both Automatic and Manual)
• At least 1+ years of CDL Driving Experience
• For out-of-city applicants, we do provide housing/man camps.
• Excellent driving record
• Great customer service and team-work skills
