Job summary

Waste Connections US, Inc. in Hobbs, NM is hiring CDL drivers to operate an Oil Field Roll Off truck from the Hobbs yard, with night shifts 7:00pm to 7:00am on a 5 on, 3 off schedule.

Candidates must have a Class A CDL, no restrictions to drive automatic or manual, at least 1 year of CDL driving experience, and an excellent driving record. Housing is available for out-of-town applicants where needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive an Oil Field Roll Off truck out of the Hobbs yard.
• Operate the truck during night shift (7:00pm–7:00am).
• Complete daily pre-trip inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain logs and communicate with dispatch as required.

We are currently hiring CDL Drivers to work out of our Hobbs, NM location. You will be driving an Oil Field Roll Off truck, starting and endingevery day at the Hobbs yard.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000+ ($25-$28+/hr. + Overtime!)

Shift:

This is a night position working 7:00pm-7:00am.This is a 5 on, 3 off schedule working 11-12 hour shifts.

Requirements:

• Must have a Class A CDL License
• No Restrictions (Can drive both Automatic and Manual)
• At least 1+ years of CDL Driving Experience
• For out-of-city applicants, we do provide housing/man camps.
• Excellent driving record
• Great customer service and team-work skills
