Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Roving CDL-A driver to operate a waste hauling truck for residential trash and recycling pick up in Oklahoma City. You will lift and deposit waste into a compactor and report safety issues to management. You must stay vigilant on safety and maintain the vehicle through daily inspections.

Expect a 10–12 hour shift, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Weekly pay, per diem for days away from home, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualificações

• Valid CDL Class A license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• No more than one moving violation on MVR in last 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a waste hauling truck for residential pickups.
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections daily.
• Report defects, accidents, or violations to management.
• Safely maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory rules.
• Occasionally perform other duties as assigned.

As a Roving CDL-A, you will operate a waste hauling truck to provide residential trash and recycling pick up. This is a driving position for deploying to business units experiencing staffing shortages or newly acquired locations., you will lift and carry residential waste and deposits into a compactor. Throughout your day, you are attentive to safety and are sure to report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to the management team. Each day, you are happy to be on the road and not stuck in an office.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively on short notice.
• Complete daily pre and post trip inspections
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Report any and all defects, accidents, or violations
• Carry out other duties as needed or instructed

Shift/Schedule

• Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays as necessary
• Additional hours may be needed.
• Shift is 10-12 Hours
