Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – On Premise Trainee CDL to transport, rotate and merchandise products at retail outlets. You will work with the Sales Supervisor to ensure the Company standards are met and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required and stay compliant with UNITED fleet policy.
• Minimum age 21 and ability to pass background and drug screens.
• Must read/write/speak English and maintain neat appearance.
• Ability to read simple instructions, do basic math for transactions.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Responsible for merchandising all product inside the outlet to Company standards.
• Works with the Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success; build positive relationships with customers.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on opportunities and threats.
• Maintains backstock in an organized manner and keeps displays neat.
