Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – On Premise Relief CDL to deliver and rotate stock at retail outlets. You will merchandise shelves and displays to company standards while collaborating with the Sales Supervisor to strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License required and ability to maintain compliance with company policies
• Proven ability to deliver and merchandise products to retail outlets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and follow DOT regulations and safety procedures
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver and rotate stock to retail outlets according to company standards
• Merchandise shelves, racks, and displays
• Maintain clean backrooms and proper product rotation
• Develop positive relationships with customers and Sales Supervisor
• Assist with training and coaching of trainees
