Job summary

The Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Relief CDL is a touch freight role responsible for delivering and rotating stock, and merchandising shelves to Coca-Cola UNITED standards. It requires a Class A CDL, DOT compliance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Role involves flexible coverage for driver needs, transporting products to retail outlets, and partnering with the Sales Supervisor to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Class A CDL and DOT compliance required.
• DOT physical requirements maintained.
• Read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Merchandises products inside outlets to company standards.
• Flexibly covers open needs of the driver team.
• Builds positive relationships with customers and provides excellent service.
• Provides feedback to leadership on opportunities and threats.
• Assists training and coaching of trainees as needed.
• Maintains accurate counts of cases and customer transactions.
