Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver/Material Handler III to support safe, timely delivery of materials to job sites and to assist with loading and unloading as needed. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliability across daily operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, vehicle upkeep, and adhering to all regulatory requirements while providing excellent customer service at job sites and in the warehouse. Travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Ace Electric’s Safety Program.
• Complete deliveries to designated areas promptly.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and monitor maintenance/mileage.
• Keep daily driver logs and vehicle inspection sheets.
• Comply with local, state, and federal traffic regulations.
• May assist with loading/unloading at warehouse and job sites.
• Process requests and supply orders; pull materials and equipment.
• Maintain inventory sheets and communicate stocking levels.
• Enforce inventory controls by processing stock location orders and print requests.
• Provide quality service by following organizational standards.
• Keep storage areas neat and safe and ensure proper procedures and rules are followed.
• Complete reports and route to Superintendent/Project Manager.
• Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as assigned.
